Default Bird's Eye Camera View Option

I was vanquishing parts of Cantha randomly with one of my characters and after being pressed against a wall, I noticed the camera shifted upward to a bird's eye angle like such.

After seeing that, I just stopped and looked at it some more. Pretty quickly, I realized how useful it'd be in certain areas to determine range, position of units, etc. Considering there's a backview button, why not a bird's eye view, too? Would be great if we could lock this camera position as well.

Nice, Command & Conquer 4: Return of the Lich!

Would be fun zooming all the way out, but I don't think it would be helpful to my gameplay. Kinda hard identifying everything from the top.

Though it would make things easier for ranged attacks, like as an Ele or a Dervish.

/Signed, I can see a lot of utility for this option now that you bring it up.

I think it would be useful to have the possibility to do so.

That would help a lot for all the range attacks. Also for pulling. Game would be a bit more strategic.

Would help a bit, but would probablly not work all the time with some areas with ceilings (like in caves). /semi-signed

I've gotten the same bird's eye while up against walls as well, and I have to admit I liked it. I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to pull the camera back a little more.

I'd love that. When you change angles, is stops midway. They should let the camera go to the top.

Why not just zoom all the way out and tilt the camera up? It's effectively the same thing.

while i currently do that (tilt camera up and zoom out), I like the idea of having a broader overview of the surrounding area
